Gaza Residents Pray In Aqsa Mosque After Many Years Of Siege

Tehran, Oct 6, IRNA – Palestinians from Gaza Strip on Sunday preyed in Al Aqsa Mosque after many years of siege. The Palestinians in Gaza Strip had ever since the year 2007 and coming to power of the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Group Hamas been under strict siege by the usurper Zionist regime and they were therefore unable to travel to the occupied Holy Qods. On Sunday, 500 Palestinians from Gaza were allowed to travel to the Holy Qods and enter Al Aqsa Mosque, though, and it is expected that during the next couple of years 1,000 more Palestinians, too, will enter the Holy Qods. The Zionist regime only permits the Palestinians older than sixty years to enter the Al Aqsa Mosque though. The Zionist regime was urged to ease the lingering siege of Gaza after the end of its last 50-day inhumane air, land and sea invasion against the Gaza civilians killed more than 2,100 Palestinians, most of whom were children, women, and elderly folks./end
