German ambassador to Azerbaijan visits Gabala

Gabala, July 30 (AzerTAc). German ambassador to Azerbaijan Heidrun Tempel has visited Gabala. She held a meeting at the City Executive Authority where she was informed about the history, economy, culture and tourism potential of Gabala. The ambassador praised Azerbaijan`s socio-economic development, and hailed the country`s European integration as successful. The diplomat noted that bilateral cooperation played a significant role in strengthening the friendly ties between the two nations. The meeting also discussed issues of mutual interest, including cooperation in the tourism field. As part of her Gabala trip, Heidrun Tempel attended a concert as part of the 6th Gabala International Music Festival.
