German FM insists on Iran nuclear deal by Nov. 24

Berlin, Nov 12, IRNA -- Germany is still hoping that talks between the six world powers and Iran over its nuclear program can come to a comprehensive agreement by November 24, Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier has said. Speaking on a round-table discussion on the future of the European Union, Steinmeier labeled the ongoing nuclear negotiations 'make-or-break' talks, saying both sides have never before been this close to a deal over the past 10 years. 'This is a chance we have. We have to use it. This requires not only flexibility all sides have to show but also leadership,' he reiterated. Steinmeier warned an extension of the nuclear talk deadline wouldn't necessarily be a good option, if the negotiations fail to yield results./end
