Chiang Mai, April 27 (TNA) - Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha underlines the importance of His Majesty the King's advice on the working concept of "understanding, accessibility and development" and the international promotion of royal development projects for the public interest. Gen Prayut pointed to the importance during his visit to Chiang Mai province on April 27. There he met officials working for royal development projects designed to improve people's life. In the meeting at the Royal Park Rajapruek, the prime minister said that his government was following the "understanding, accessibility and development" guideline and the sufficiency economy principle of His Majesty the King. The government was applying the concepts to its Pracharat (people-state partnership) working model, he said. "Work in the field needs cooperation of the government and the civil sector. I assure that the government will empower people, especially those in the agricultural sector, so that they enjoy well-being," Gen Prayut said. "As the chair of the Group of 77 this year, Thailand will share royal guidelines for agricultural development for the empowerment of all countries," the prime minister said. (TNA)
