Government resolution amended on measures towards science institutions

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The cabinet resolved on Monday to include a business corporation in charge of conducting light industry researches, experiments and productions back under a management of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sciences as its subsidiary. A preparation has been completed for establishing a laboratory for molecular and biological applications, with a non-refundable assistance of Chinese government. The intention is to provide all universities and academic institutions with labs that meet the global standards, said an initiator of the draft amendments to the Government resolution No.27. The Institute of Agricultural Trainings and Researches of the eastern region has been transferred to the management of Livestock Farming Institute that aims to run studies on a scientific basis on the livestock and crop planting in harmony with the special features of the region. The activities of the institute are required to be expanded into the areas of development of animal fodder producing technology, production of animal fodder, usage management on the land and its riches, crop fields, reserves of raw materials of animal origin, grazing and intellectual capacities in coordination with the natural capacity, said the initiator.
