Head of OIC delegation: Presidential election in Azerbaijan held transparently and in line with world standards

Baku, April 11, AZERTAC “The presidential election was held transparently and in line with world standards in Azerbaijan,” Secretary General of the Parliamentary Union of the OIC member states Mahmud Erol Kilic said at a press conference on the outcomes of the monitoring. Kilic noted that they witnessed the transparent and democratic election process at all the polling stations they visited. He hailed the perfect organization of the presidential election. “The voting was held in a fair and transparent manner in accordance with law. We have not encountered any irregularities. We wish the Azerbaijani people a bright and successful future,” he said.
