Imprisoning protesters is continuation of Bahrain’s wrong policies: Iran

TEHRAN,Sept.8(MNA) – Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Ramin Mehmanparast said that prison sentences recently issued for a number of Bahraini protesters is a continuation of the wrong policies of the country’s government. Mehmanparast expressed concern over the crackdown of protesters in Bahrain and said that the Islamic Republic of Iran believes that the only solution to the Bahraini crisis is that the government meets the people’s demands and aspirations.
