Information on NATO aircrafts using Azerbaijan’s airfields is provocation

Baku, Azerbaijan, Aug.19 By - Trend: Information that Azerbaijan airfields, alongside with other states, are used in order to refuel the NATO aircrafts allegedly bombing separatists in Ukraine is a baseless provocation, Azerbaijan's defense ministry said on Aug. 19. Such information was disseminated by some local media referring to foreign ones. Kiev authorities launched a military operation in Eastern Ukraine's Donbass, the citizens of which stand against the February coup in the country. More than 1100 civilians have been killed, more than 3400 have been wounded from mid-April to July 26, according to UN. Moscow called the special operation a punitive one and urged Kiev to stop immediately.
