International observer: No irregularities registered in Azerbaijani presidential election

Guba, April 11, AZERTAC Member of an observation mission of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) who is monitoring the voting in the Azerbaijani presidential election Pociej Aleksander August said they faced no irregularities. He said he visited more than five polling stations in Guba region, adding that the voting is going in a normal manner without any frauds.
