Int'l Preparatory Committee for Marking DPRK's Birthday Inaugurated

Pyongyang, August 21 (KCNA) -- An international preparatory committee for celebrating the 70th birthday of the DPRK was inaugurated on August 14. Mikhail Panchenko, general secretary of the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions, was elected as chairman of the preparatory committee. The preparatory committee decided to hold diverse political and cultural events in praise of the exploits of President Kim Il Sung. -0-
