Iranˈs Accredited Envoy To Guinea-Bissau Presents Credentials

Pretoria, Feb 3, IRNA – Iranˈs Accredited Ambassador to Guinea-Bissau Seyyed Khalil Sadati-Amiri submitted his credentials to President Manual Serifo Nhamadjo on Saturday. During the meeting, Nhamadjo expressed pleasure with the measures taken to promote bilateral ties and underlined his countryˈs firm resolve to develop all-out cooperation with Iran. He also called for the implementation of agreements concluded between the two states. ˈGuinea-Bissau is fully ready to develop collaboration with Iran in the fields of investment, industry, trade and agriculture,ˈ he said. Iranˈs accredited ambassador to Guinea Bissau, for his part, referred to the special status of Africa in Iranˈs foreign policy and underlined the countryˈs preparedness to help Guinea-Bissau and contribute to the implementation of various projects in the African country. He also hoped that bilateral ties will broaden through the implementation of the agreements signed earlier. Guinea-Bissau is a country in West Africa.
