Iranˈs Central Bank Governor Arrives In Washington D.C.

Washington, April 17, IRNA – Iranˈs Central Bank Governor Mahmoud Bahmani arrived here to attend spring meeting of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund. He was welcomed at the airport by acting director of Iranˈs interest office in Washington. International Monetary Fund and the World Bank meeting is annually held in the first quarter of the year. The 4-day meeting will start on Thursday in the presence of the world economic officials at the IMF center in Washington D.C. Minister of Economic and Finance Seyed Shams-e-din Hosseini is to depart Tehran on Wednesday for Washington to attend the meeting./end
