Iran’s Missile-launching Warship Built To Enhance Navy Military Might – Commander

Tehran, Nov 28, IRNA – Navy Commander Rear Admiral Amir Sayyari said Iran's Sina-7 missile-launching warship was designed and produced to enhance the country’s military might. Talking to IRNA on the occasion of Iran's Navy Week (started on November 27), he pointed to the high potential and skills of young Iranian engineers. He added the second phase of construction of the Sina-7 missile launching warship would be inaugurated later on Wednesday. The commander hoped the construction phase of the warship would go on rapidly and smoothly. According to the Rear Admiral, the Sina-7 is more advanced and capable in terms of the technology used in its production. He said Iran was seeking most advanced equipment and technology to enhance its defense and war capabilities and safeguard the country’s marine resources and water borders./end
