Iran Army Stages Military Drill

Kashan, Isfahan prov., May 24, IRNA - The first stage of military maneuver started in presence of Commander of the Iranian Armyˈs Ground Forces Brigadier General Ahmad-Reza Pourdastan in Maranjab Desert in this central province on Friday. The Ground Forces of the Iranian Army also successfully test-fired the indigenous Nazeat and Fajr missiles during a military exercise. The move was made on the eve of liberation anniversary of the city of Khorramshahr and successful Operation of ˈBeit-ol-Moghaddasˈ which led to its liberation from the Iraqi occupation May 24, 1982.
