Iran attends int’l peace conference in China

Beijing, July 14, IRNA – The 7th international peace conference opened in Beijing on Saturday attended by senior officials of various countries inluding Head of Iran's Strategic Council on Foreign Relations Kamal Kharrazi. A large number of politicians and experts on international affairs are participating in the event. Finding a solution to international challenges and helping build safe societies in the world are among the main topics to be discussed in the conference. Fighting terrorism, prohibiting the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction, trade disputes, economic security, and many other issues that have caused major challenges among countries will also be reviewed. 1378/IRNA
