Iran-Britain Charge D'affaires Discuss Ways To Activate Representations On Phone

Tehran, Nov 20, IRNA – Britain’s non-resident charge daffaires to Tehran Ajay Sharma held a telephone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Hassan Habibollahzadeh Tuesday on ways to activate representations. Media office of Ministry of Foreign Affairs said that the two diplomats made consultations to dispatch a team to either country for preparatory works to open Iranian Embassy in London and the British Embassy in Tehran. Iranian charge d affaires said that Iranian team is willing to pay a visit to London, to make preparations for operation of the Iranian Embassy and the British charge d affaires will do the similar preliminaries to open up UK Embassy in Tehran. Closure of Iranian Embassy in London caused many trouble for Iranian expatriates living in the United Kingdom and closure of the British Embassy in Tehran created difficulty for Iranian students studying in the UK universities coming for summer holidays and they need visa to go back to the UK./end
