Iran capable to deploy warships in Atlantic Ocean: Iranian army chief

TEHRAN, March 5 (MNA) – The Iranian warships have the capability to be deployed in the Atlantic Ocean, Army Commander Ataollah Salehi declared on Monday. “Today, the Navy, in addition to the Gulf of Aden, Mediterranean, Suez Canal, north Indian Ocean and Red Sea, it also has this capability to be present in the Atlantic Ocean and this shows the might of the Islamic Iran and the complete preparedness of this force,” Salehi noted.
