Iran To Close Mehran Int'l Border

Mehran, June 10, IRNA – With the approach of presidential elections in coming days, Iran has decided to close Mehran international border on its border with Iraq, the Mehran governor said on Sunday. Hojjatollah Nasiripour told IRNA that Mehran border will be closed for three days from June 13-15. During the mentioned days pilgrims, passengers and trucks are not allowed to pass through Mehran border, he said./end
