Iran Condemns Blasts In Iraq

Tehran, Feb 6, IRNA – Iranˈs Foreign Ministry strongly denounced terror attacks near Iraqi Foreign Ministry which left a number of the ministryˈs staffers dead and wounded. Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham said that the occurrence of such acts at a time when Iraqˈs armed forces are fighting terrorism hand in hand with the countryˈs people and zealous tribesmen reveals the terrorist groupsˈ malice against the innocent nation. Such deplorable acts once again indicated that terrorists adhere to no principles, she said. Underlining the global communityˈs responsibility for countering the inhuman phenomenon of terrorism, Afkham hoped that the Arab state will overcome the current problems through national unity and solidarity.
