Iran Condemns Terrorist Attacks In Iraq

Tehran, March 11, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham on Monday condemned terrorist attacks in Iraqi Babel province which killed or injured a large group of innocent people yesterday. ˈThe ugly phenomenon of terrorism is a global threat and the international community at large is expected to take collective measures to fight the sinister acts,ˈ said Afkham. She regretted continuation of such crimes in Iraq and voiced sympathy with the Iraqi government and people. She said that the international community must take collective and comprehensive action to end the ominous phenomenon of terrorism./end
