Iran condemns terrorist explosion in Somalia

Tehran, Dec 12, IRNA – Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qasemi on Tuesday condemned terrorist explosion in the Somalian capital, Mogadishu which killed several people. The chain of several terrorist explosions in various countries in the past days shows that the terrorist groups are desperate and frustrated, he noted. Qasemi expressed sympathy with the bereaved families of the victims. The spokesman underlined the necessity of unity and cooperation between all countries in full-scale and real confrontation with terrorism to root out the horrible phenomenon. According to the dispatches, a blast rocked Somalia's biggest seaport – in capital Mogadishu – in the early hours of Sunday morning. At least 35 people – most of them porters at the port – have been killed in the attack. 1378/IRNA
