Iran: Contemporary history witness to US illegal activities

Tehran, July 11, IRNA – Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qasemi said on Wednesday that contemporary history is full of US embassies illegal activities and acts contrary to norms and international principles in demolishing foreign relations of hosting states and interferences in domestic affairs of them. According to report of Foreign Ministry Media Department, Qasemi denied baseless statement and funny accusations by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo in continuation of creating atmosphere and psychological war against Iranian embassies' activities. He added that Iran's embassies act within the framework of international conventions and bilateral relations in the host countries and in the direction of developing friendly ties. Qasemi said that proposing accusations against Iran's diplomatic activities is again another effort by the US to undermine Iran's foreign diplomacy. 1378/IRNA
