Iran dismisses reopening Iran-US embassies

Tehran, Dec 31, IRNA – Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Marzieh Afkham said that reopening Iran and US embassies is not on the agenda of the Iranian foreign ministry. According to the ministryˈs media department, she said that the two countriesˈ negotiations merely revolve on nuclear issues and has nothing to do with reopening of embassies. She rejected an Arab media speculation about alleged interview of Iranian foreign ministry official about the issue./end
