Iran Envoy: Israel’s Crimes, Main Cause Of Int'l Isolation

New York, Dec 22, IRNA – The Islamic Republic of Iran’s Ambassador to the UN Mohammad Khazaee said that the Zionist regime’s crimes has resulted in formation of an international consensus against this regime, and Israel’s further isolation in the international arenas. “The absolute majority vote of the member-states of the UN General Assembly in their opposition to continuation of construction of illegal settlements in the occupied territories showed that this regime is become more and more isolated in international arenas,” Khazaee told IRNA in an exclusive interview in New York on Friday. Khazee, also head of NAM group of countries at UN, said that the international consensus against the Zionist regime has resulted in Zionist regime’s hue and cry to increase everyday. He reiterated that the absolute majority vote of the UN member-states against Zionist regime has a strong message to few countries supporting the Zionists regime to reconsider their policies vis-à-vis the issue of Palestine./end
