On September 27, President Rohani will deliver another speech in the opening of the NAM foreign ministerial meeting. Iran has undertaken leadership of Non-Aligned Movement, the second largest international organization which calls for restructuring the United Nations. NAM leader said at Tehran Summit that the United Nations Security Council is the defunct relic of the World War II lacking legitimacy to govern the international community. They said that the current composition of the Security Council has many flaws and that the body has registered many failures to guarantee security of the developing nations. The NAM leaders called for a permanent representation to the United Nations Security Council with veto power as the same as the five veto powers -- the US, UK, France, China and Russia. Rohani will have a tight schedule of bilateral meetings with statesmen from different world countries.
