Iran Has Always Adopted Stable Stance Toward Syria

Damascus, Sept 28, IRNA - Member of Syrian National Council Faisal Azouz said here Saturday that the Islamic Republic of Iran has always adopted a stable and balanced stance towards the Syrian crisis. Talking to IRNA, Azouz stressed that the ongoing crisis in Syria proved that the Syrian government and nation are real friends. He underlined that the Islamic Republic of Iran and Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei are considered as the main supporters of the Syrian nation. Iran has always supported the peaceful settlement of the Syrian crisis through diplomacy, Azouz reiterated./end
