Iran Has Turned Into A Regional Superpower - Rezaei

Tabriz, E.Azarbaijan Prov, Sept 30, IRNA – Secretary of the Expediency Council said Sunday afternoon that Iran has turned into a regional superpower. Addressing a local ceremony in this northwestern province, Mohsen Rezaei said Iran became such a powerful country following the 1980-1988 Iraqi imposed war. As to the regional developments, Rezaei said solving the existing problems in Syria, Palestine, Lebanon and Bahrain is impossible without Iran’s presence. He called on Tehran to seek fair convergence in the region and stabilize its regional power./end
