Iran, IAEA Start 2nd Round Of Talks In Vienna

Vienna, Oct 29, IRNA – The second round of talks between Iran and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) began here Tuesday. The two held first round of negotiations Monday afternoon in the Austrian capital. The talks lasted for three hours and at the end the two agreed to continue the negotiations. Abbas Araqchi, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister and a member of negotiating team, held a meeting Monday with IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano before the start of first round of talks. During the meeting, Araqchi presented Iran’s new proposal for answering the remaining questions and removing ambiguities. Iran’s ambassador and permanent envoy to the IAEA Reza Najafi is leading the Iranian negotiating team./end
