Iran MP: Many Key Issues Other Than Revising Elections Law Prevail

Malayer, Dec 8, IRNA - Majlis Representative from Malayer Ahmad Arya'ienezhad said here Friday there are many other important issues in the country to be resolved than revising elections law and all should spare no efforts to resolve them. Speaking to IRNA, Aryaíenezhad said that under the current circumstances the economic issues are of the prime importance and it is those which should be heeded by the officials. It was advisable that the issue of elections should be postponed to a better time to avoid politicizing it, he said. Revising the elections laws requires time and studies which should be conducted in the course of time, he said. He also advised all officials to forge unity and avoid expressing challenging issues./end
