Iran Negates All Kinds Of Domination: Nabizadeh

New Delhi, Feb 8, IRNA – One of the basic principles of the Islamic Republic of Iran is the negation of all kind of domination, securing the all round independence and not to surrender before the expansionist powers, said Syed Mehdi Nabizadeh, Ambassador of Iran to India, Tuesday in New Delhi. Addressing the media persons on the 33rd anniversary of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, the ambassador said: “We believe that the undeveloped and developing countries are part of this world and all countries enjoy equal rights and have equal place in the international laws”. He also said that Iran wants relations with all countries who believe in equal rights of all countries according the international laws. He was of the view that the popular movements during the last one year in the world like in Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Bahrain are the sign of the presence of the people and their opposition to the domination. Turning on to the illegal sanctions imposed upon, Iranian official noted: 'We have been able to convert sanctions into opportunities. “Despite facing sanctions for the last three decades, considerable progress has been made in all sectors. We have progressed in production of science and technology, in space, nano technology, nuclear medicine, hemophilia medicine (second producer),” said Nabizadeh. Moreover, considerable progress has been achieved in defense technology and the peaceful nuclear energy also, the ambassador noted. He stressed that Iran as the most stable country of the region will use its defensive power based on a comprehensive deterrence for the service of peace and security of the region and the world./end
