Iran-P5+1 Talks Being Held Under Honest, Positive Atmosphere: Chinaˈs Envoy

Vienna, June 19, IRNA – Wang Qun, Chinaˈs envoy to nuclear talks between Iran and the P5+1, on Wednesday described the atmosphere surrounding ongoing negotiations in Vienna as honest and positive. Speaking to reporters, Wang said, ˈWe speak about every thing, even about football during the talks.ˈ However he said the negotiations are not like a football match and all the parties involved are seeking a win-win game. He said the two sides are trying to agree to start drafting a comprehensive deal. On his bilateral talks with Iranian negotiators, he said, ˈWe always hold bilateral talks with Iran and other countries.ˈ The Chinese envoy declined to comment on the possibility of extension of the six-month period during which Iran and the six nations are expected to reach a final agreement./end
