Iran Parliament Felicitates Gaza Victory

Tehran, Aug 27, IRNA – Iranian parliamentarians congratulated Gaza people on their victory in the recent war against the Zionist regime. 183 members of Majlis issued a statement on Wednesday in which they stressed that the Zionist regime will soon become history. It said 51 days of heroic resistance, though causing 2135 martyrdoms and 11 thousands injury, eventually ended up in victory celebrations for the Palestinian nation. The legislators also paid tribute to the heoric people of Gaza especially families of martyrs and saluted Hamas and Islamic Jihad Movement leaders for their resistance. They promised the Palestinians an eminent final victory and said all Muslims will be able to offer their prayers in the Holy Quds soon./end
