Iran-Russia-China FMs Hold Trilateral Meeting In Geneva

Geneva, Nov 24, IRNA -- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif held a trilateral meeting with his Russian and Chinese counterparts Sergei Lavrov and Wang Yi here on Saturday evening. The meeting between Zarif, Lavrov and Wang took place after the Iranian foreign minister held a trilateral meeting with his American counterpart John Kerry and EU foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton earlier in the day. The meeting between Zarif, Wang and Lavrov ended at 18:20 local time. The Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister and senior negotiator in talks with major world powers Seyed Abbas Araqchi described the underway negotiations as difficult and intensive, and said that the debate is over the words to reach a final deal and maintain a balance in confidence-building steps by both sides./end
