Iran University Students Call For Cut Of Oil Exports To Europe

Tehran, Feb 7, IRNA – Thousands of university students staged a massive demonstration in front of the Majlis building on Monday, calling for halting Iran’s oil export to the European Union. The students condemned the European Union’s resolution against Iran and urged their representatives to Majlis to take immediate action in halting export of oil to European countries. The university students chanted slogans such as “Death to America”, Death to Zionist regime” and thanked the oil minister for his call for stopping oil exports to Europe. At the end of their demonstration, the students issued a statement condemning assassination of Iranian nuclear scientists by the Zionist regime. The enemies are bent on confronting the Islamic Revolution but they should bear in mind that sanctions leave have no impacts on the firm determination of the Iranian nation, read the statement.
