Iranian FM: Baku, Ankara and Tehran may create common market in region

Azerbaijan, Nakhchivan, March 7 / Trend E. Huseynov / The joint work of three countries - Azerbaijan, Turkey and Iran may lead to creating a common market in the region, Iranian Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi said at a press conference on Wednesday. "The main point is that leaders of the three countries, where over 170 million people live, have political will," Salehi said. He said the parties continue negotiations and consultations for convergence of positions. "We are branches of one tree, as one soul in three bodies. This spirit is reflected in the declaration signed in Nakhichivan, but it does not to say that there is no disagreement between us," he said. A trilateral meeting of foreign ministers of Turkey, Iran and Azerbaijan in Nakhchivan ended with the adoption of the final document - declaration. On Wednesday, the three countries' foreign ministers Elmar Mammadyarov, Ali Akbar Salehi and Ahmet Davutoglu held a trilateral meeting, during which they discussed issues of mutual interest to all three states, including - the peaceful settlement of current conflicts in the region and necessity to create favorable conditions to achieve this goal.
