Iranian NGO condemns desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque

Tehran, Nov 10, IRNA - Iran's Society for the Defense of the Palestinian Nation (SDPN) in a statement on Monday condemned desecration of Al-Aqsa Mosque by the Zionist regime. All the Zionist regime's measures are doomed to failure as before, the statement added. It said that the Zionist regime should respect laws and international conventions on human rights and humanitarian laws. Last week, Israeli troops closed Al-Aqsa Mosque for the first time since 1967 and prevented the worshipers from accessing the holy site. The Al-Aqsa compound, located in the Israeli-occupied Old City of Al-Quds, is a holy Islamic site./end
