Iranian president set to answer parliament's questions

Azerbaijan, Baku, March 1/ Trend M. Moezzi Next week President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad will answer a number of questions posed by Iran's Majlis (parliament) eight months ago, Mehr news agency reports. These were originally posed by Ali Motahari, a government critic. After a debate over whether enough signatures were attached to the questions to fulfil a quorum, the questions were sent to the president on February 7. The Majlis' rules state in its mandate that the president has one month to respond. This he will do next week.
