Iranian press highlights President Ilham Aliyev’s participation in Iftar ceremony

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s participation in the Iftar ceremony hosted by Chairman of the Clerical Office of Caucasus Muslims Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan has been in the spotlight of the Iranian media. Iranian IRIB radio’s internet version and tabnak.ir news agency say President Ilham Aliyev’s participation in the Iftar ceremony became a tradition. The Iranian press notes the President hailed the activities of Chairman of the Clerical Office of Caucasus Muslims Sheikh-ul-Islam Allahshukur Pashazade, and also quotes President Ilham Aliyev as saying: “I believe that in order to ensure the development of inter-religious relations in a healthy manner, Azerbaijan's experience should be studied, and I am sure it will be studied because it is really a unique experience.”
