Iranians Go To Polls In Turkey

Ankara, Turkey, June 15, IRNA - Iranians residing in Turkey went to the polling stations Friday morning to vote for their candidates running in Iranˈs 11th presidential election. Polling started at 8 oˈclock local time in Turkey. The Iranian expatriates abroad can cast their votes in 128 polling booths in 96 countries. Iranˈs 11th presidential election as well as the 4th city and rural council elections kicked off at 60,000 polling stations throughout Iran. Some 51 million Iranians are eligible to vote in the presidential election./end
