Iran,Turkey Stress Expanding Co-op On Tourism

Tehran, March 9, IRNA – Head of Iranˈs Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization (ICHHTO) Masoud Soltanifar and Turkeyˈs Ambassador to Tehran Umit Yardim in a meeting on Sunday emphasized the need to develop bilateral cooperation in the field of tourism. Soltanifar voiced Tehranˈs readiness to expand its all-out relations with Ankara, particularly in the field of tourism. ˈIran is keen to take advantage of Turkeyˈs experiences on tourism,ˈ said the official. He added that ICHHTO is committed to pursue the execution of bilateral agreements in the field of tourism. Meanwhile, the Turkish ambassador welcomed the idea of developing bilateral ties between the two capitals noting that further exchange of visits by the Iranian and Turksih officials could be helpful in promotion of bilateral cultural relations./end
