Iraqi top diplomat invites Lavrov, Putin to visit Baghdad

MOSCOW, October 23. /TASS/. Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari has invited Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov to visit Baghdad. "We are still waiting for you [Lavrov] to visit Baghdad as soon as possible," he said at a meeting with Lavrov. "The same is true of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s possible visit."
