IRCS Becomes Member Of Federation Of ICRC, Red Crescent Societies

Tehran, Nov 16, IRNA – The Islamic Republic of Iran Red Crescent Society has got membership of the Board of Governors of Federation of International Committee of the Red Cross and the Red Crescent Societies. Iran won landslide votes of the Federations general assembly election in the Asia-Pacific region to be a member of the International Federation of ICRC and the Red Crescent Societies. The International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies general assembly convened in Sydney, Australia, to discuss its 2020 strategy./end
