IRGC Commander: Resistance, Retaliation Only Way To Confront Zionist Regime

Tehran, Feb 3, IRNA – Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari said here on Sunday that the only way to confront the Zionist regime is resistance and retaliation. Talking to reporters on the sidelines of a national seminar, he pointed to the recent savage attacks of the Zionist regime on Syria. He commented on the brutal nature of the Zionist regime’s military attack and said the aggressive spirit is a major characteristic of the Tel Aviv regime. The IRGC commander expressed hope that the powerful country of Syria and its nation would resist pressures and evil actions to give a proper respond to the attack. On inauguration of an ultra-sound wind tunnel which has a speed of 8 Mach, he said the achievement was of great use in testing missiles as well as in aerospace sectors./end
