IRGC Commander: Ultra-regional Security Services Support Terrorists

Tehran, Nov 21, IRNA – An Islamic Republic Guards Corpse (IRGC) commander said that ultra-regional security services as well as a number of regional countries are backing terrorist groups. The ground forces commander Mohammad Pakpour told IRNA that the IRGC strongly confronts any terrorist action. Saying that terrorist groups are concentrated outside the Iranian borders, he noted that terrorist grouplets have no place, position or stations inside the country. The commander explained that in the massacre of the Iranian border guards in the southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan, the terrorist targeted the Iranian soldiers from inside Pakistani territory./end
