Istanbul Mayor Topbas due to Sofia

ISTANBUL (A.A) - March 4, 2012 - Mayor of Istanbul Kadir Topbas will travel to Bulgarian capital of Sofia on March 5. In a statement released Saturday, the Istanbul Municipality said that Topbas will meet the Turkish Ambassador in Sofia Ismail Aramaz and Sofia Mayor Yordanka Fandakova on Monday. Topbas and his delegation will introduce a project for two crossroads in Sofia after the Sofia Municipality asked for Istanbul Municipality's assistance for the crossroads. On Tuesday, Topbas will meet Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov. Topbas and his delegation will later return to Istanbul on Tuesday.
