Jordan believes Russia’s participation is only way to political settlement in Syria - King Abdullah II

SOCHI, November 24. /TASS/. Jordan believes the proactive participation of Russia is the only way to the political settlement in Syria, the King of Jordan Abdullah II said on Tuesday. "The only way to find the political settlement for the problem in Syria is your proactive participation, participation of Russia," the king said at the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin. "We should work together within the framework of combating ISIL. This joint activity should not be confined to actions in Syria and Iraq; the global fight with terrorism has currently started indeed," the King of Jordan said.
