Jordanian Speaker: Dialog Key To Regional Problems

Tehran, Feb 19, IRNA – Jordanian Speaker of Parliament Atef Tarawneh said in Tehran on Tuesday that regional problems should be solved through dialogue. Addressing the 9th conference of Parliamentary Union of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, Tarawneh said, ˈThe Middle East region is more than ever faced with many problems and we should move towards solving the problems through understanding among regional states.ˈ He said Jordan wants to solve the existing problems through moderate solutions and the kingdom has on many occasions stressed the need to preserve the dignity of Muslim countries. ˈWe favor peace and stability in the region.ˈ/end
