Kazakhstan, China to discuss prospects of bilateral cooperation

Kazakhstan, Astana, August 12 / Trend D.Mukhtarov / Issues of deepening bilateral cooperation between Kazakhstan and China will be discussed during the official visit of China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi in Astana, employee of the Central Communications Service under the President of Kazakhstan, Bolat Sadikov said at a briefing in Astana. "An official visit of China's Foreign Minister Wang Yi will take place on August 17-20 during which it is planned to hold bilateral and high level meetings including negotiations with Kazakh Foreign Minister Erlan Idrisov. Issues of deepening bilateral cooperation in trade, economic, energy and investment spheres will be at the core of the meetings," Sadikov said. According to him, the visit of China's Foreign Minister will take place on the eve of the first state visit of China's President Xi Jinping to Kazakhstan, scheduled for September 6-8, 2013.
