Khojaly memorial erected in Kocaeli, Turkey

Baku, November 23, AZERTAC A monument to Khojaly genocide victims has been erected in Kocaeli, Turkey. Engravings on the memorial read “One nation, two states” and “Khojaly will never be forgotten”.
