Kim Jong Il's Demise Anniversary to Be Remembered in Nigeria

Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- The remembrance committee of the People's Progressive Party of Nigeria for the 5th anniversary of demise of HE Kim Jong Il was inaugurated in Abuja on Tuesday. Damian Ogbonna, national chairman of the People's Progressive Party of Nigeria and co-chairman of the International Preparatory Committee for 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee. The committee decided to organize political and cultural events such as a seminar, film show and remembrance meeting praising the revolutionary life and exploits of Kim Jong Il and introducing the struggle of the Korean people vigorously accelerating the construction of a socialist power under the leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un. -0-
